TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is provided for the 3BIJ including TRANSFER(arrival & departure) between the Hotel and the EuroAirport or Saint Louis train station and a SHUTTLE SERVICE between your Hotel and the Sportenum hall.
To benefit from the transfer / tournament shuttle service, you must book your hotel stay in one of the four hotels selected to accommodate players for this competition andyour hotel booking has to be done through our website before September 11th 2018 (http://3bij.fr/hotels/hotel/).
You shall provide the information necessary for organizing for your transfers and tournament shuttle service by filling in the form available at the following link http://3bij.fr/forms/travel/(under Booking /Bus Shuttles). Please get ready to provide date, time and place of arrival, number of players and flight or train number.
TRANSPORTATION WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED TO PLAYERS AND OFFICIALS BOOKING THEIR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION THROUGHT THE 3 BIJ WEBSITE and WHO SUBMITTED THE FORM UNDER http://3bij.fr/forms/travel/.
If you miss the September 11th deadline, you will have to book directly via the hotels’ websites and the shuttle service will be available upon payment of a 20€ fee per player at the tournament registration desk.. Kindly note that in any case, our shuttle service does not cover other hotels than the 4 official hotels listed on the website.
